All OLSA machines may be used for pharmaceutical
application. Just for example :
a) Production of injectable solution
/ syrups / suspensions / eye drops : we can supply single
equipment and complete processing lines including storage
tanks/transfer pumps, CIP, filtration groups.
b) Production of active principles (API), bulk material,
intermediates and for any application where a "solid"
is produced
c) Production of antibiotics : we can
supply vacuum dryers that can dry, mix, sterilize powders
at low temperatures (under vacuum). We also manufacture hot
air trays dryers for drying powders, granulates etc at 80-100C.
d) Vials / Ampoules sterilization and
depyrogenization : We can offer our series of hot air sterilization
ovens for sterilization of different glass containers (ampoules
/ vials / bottles) before their filling.
e) Ointments and Pomades Production :
We supply vacuum mixer-homogenizers with CIP/SIP facilities
and complete with ancillary equipment such as water phase
preparation vessels, fat phase melting vessels and packaging
machines.
f) Toothpastes production : We
supply vacuum mixer homogenizers designed specially for this
purpose
g) Suppositories production : We supply complete processing
lines including a main vacuum mixer homogenizer and melting
kettles, connected by heated pipelines.
